TCR Software provides the following with initial system purchase:
- Maintenance Program — provides customer with any updates and new releases during the first year
- System Support — Provides customer with unlimited phone, email and remote support during the first year
- Training — Provides customer with 2 days of onsite training (travel expenses are extra)
Annual Maintenance Renewal
The updates, new releases and support services are available after the 1st year for an annual fee.
