Why do I need software when I can use manual tally sheets?

Our system is a series of checks and balances. Once equipment is delivered to a job the system knows a ticket was generated. That ticket must be final edited so everything is accounted for and billed.

How easy is it to use?

TCR Software is very user friendly as it was designed by a barricade rental company. It is not cumbersome and finding information, tracking equipment and knowing what is on a job is very easy to do

We have many sales tax options in our area, how do you handle that?

Through our program we have several sales tax options. Some customers tax their jobs from "point of origin" which is their yard while others tax jobs at "point of destination". Either way is no problem for us as handling multiple tax codes is a snap.

How do I pay for TCR Software?

We currently offer several types of payment options for our program. Typically our customers pay half down at the time of signing our license agreement and the balance upon installation at your office. However, other customers have opted to lease the software and we now offer payment using Pay Pal if you wish to use a credit card.

We are small and don't think we need software. Why should we buy TCR Software?

All companies both big and small have the same issues. They want to track the equipment they put out in the field and be sure they bill for everything. Our software allows you to do that easily and with our modules small companies can start with our Basic Program and add the other features later as they need them.

Does TCR Software have a way to keep track of jobs that need Servicing?

TCR has a report that lists all of the jobs needing service and does it by zone so your employees are not crisscrossing all over town. We also have another report to help you keep track of any permits that are expiring.

What kind of training do you give?

We at TCR Software pride ourselves on our outstanding training. Before our program is installed we work with you to get your customers, jobs, equipment and pricing pre-loaded into the system. When we are onsite for the installation we go through the program for all employees using it and then provide hands on training with your current data. By the time we leave your employees are working "live". During the first month we keep in close contact to answer questions especially during your first invoicing cycle. We are never more than a phone call away for an answer to a question or problem.
