From our Quote Module you can generate a new quote (bid) for an upcoming job with all
of the information already existing in our TCR Software Program. It doesn’t matter how
simple or complex the job is our Quote Module will handle it all. When creating a new
quote you have the versatility to start from scratch or use an existing price list/quote
and just make the appropriate changes.
Once a quote has been established you can easily edit the quote if necessary. When the
quote is finalized you can send it to your customer via a PDF file (if you have a PDF writer
program) and email the quote directly or print a hard copy to fax, mail or present in person.
There are several ways to find an existing quote (new, accepted, denied or revised) as well.
Reports
Open Quotes — In this report you can print a document showing all open quotes by
customer. The report shows the customer, who requested the quote, the bid date, bid
close date, whether the quote is new or revised and the total.
Bid Close Date — In this report you can print a document by bid close date. It shows
the date the bidding will close along with the customer and who requested it.
Quotes by Personnel — Do you want to know which employee is successfully getting the
job from a quote and who is not? Well, this report will give you the answer as to how many
quotes each employee has given, how many quotes were rejected and how many were won.
Rejected Quotes — This report will give you all the information about the quote including
why it was rejected.
Comparison to Actual Billing — Have you ever wondered how accurate your quotes were?
Now you can easily compare what you quoted to what has been billed to the customer.
