A complete job cost report is included to cover all aspects of any job. Tracking labor on a job is the single most important item that is usually the hardest to track efficiently. By giving management a tool to calculate labor job costs, it enables them to accurately quote new jobs plus monitor existing ones.

The system tracks the individual employee's hourly rate and includes a flexible labor markup percent so you can estimate your 'loaded labor costs'. This is essential in bidding a job where different employees' salaries come into play.

Certified Payroll

The newest addition to our TCR Software Program is the ability to track Certified Payroll. You can keep track of your Certified Payroll through various reports that subtotal the employee hours by Regular and Certified time (including separate totals for OT/DT). These new reports can be printed by employee or by job. You also have the ability to track special certified job information such as rate code, job code, work class, base rate and fringes. These reports give you enough information to easily input this data into your payroll program.
