Our Basic TCR Program includes the all the necessary features so you can easily
setup jobs, track your equipment deliveries/pickups and produce accurate invoices.
Included in the program is unlimited users per location; user defined equipment;
preset equipment kits you design of your basic setups for faster entry into the
computer; unlimited price lists with optional group pricing; service tracking;
detailed delivery/pickup tickets with special driver instruction forms; multiple
tax rate break downs; a flexible billing process that generates easy to read
invoices; and various sales and other reports. Also included is on-site installation
and training; on-screen help; unlimited phone, email and remote support and new version
releases and upgrades during the first year. These services can also be extended
with a yearly software support contract.
