March 2010
The ATSSA Expo in San Antonio, TX
Sandy and I attended the Chairman's Reception at the ATSSA Expo on Monday evening. We were chatting with Reagan from Flasher Equipment Company when the photographer snapped this photo. It was a great night to visit with current customers as well as mingling with all attendees.
The next three photos are all from the ATSSA's 40th Anniversary party held outside at La Villita, San Antonio, TX. It was a little cool, but the food was awesome and there were heaters everywhere to keep us warm.
They had a great band, colorful Mexican dancers, and beginners got to learn how to line dance and do the two step with a very competent instructor.
Barbara knows how to country western dance and didn't need instructions, but
we made her go out and do the dances anyway.
Sandy and I found ourselves sharing a table with 3 members of the Federal Highway Administration. It was very interesting speaking with them about the upcoming 2012 regulations for keeping track of the retroreflectivity of all road signs.
While Barbara was out dancing, Sandy kept warm under the heater and spoke with Nestor Boisvert and Laine Hooper from Alberta Traffic.
Rick Ennis from Alberta Traffic decided to learn how to do the Texas Two Step with Barbara as his partner. All in all it was a great night and a very busy convention for Barbara and Sandy.
February 2010
Sandy and I always enjoy Vendor Night at Flasher Barricade's annual convention held in November each year. It is a cozy one night show coupled together with a golf tournament and meetings over a weekend. Sandy and I are pictured in the top right photo along with Tony and Terry from Capitol Barricade Safety & Sign out of Sacramento, CA.
January 2010
Sandy and I are again exhibiting at the ATSSA convention which will be held in San Antonio, Texas this year. The dates are February 16-18 and our booth number is #538. We look forward to meeting everyone who said they will be stopping by for a demo of our software.
