Traffic Control Rental Software Company, LLC. ("TCR") is the owner and the operator of the TCR Online, a Software as a Service ("Service"). As a subscriber to this Service you are bound by the terms and conditions as set forth in the Terms of Use document that you ‘signed’ when you first starting using TCR Online. As stated in the Terms of Use, you are responsible for the monthly fees associated with the features you subscribed to for the full term of the contract.
Early termination of the Service shall result in a charge in the amount of 50% of the balance owing on the current contract term to be billed to the credit card on file. Should you cancel within the first thirty (30) days of your contract, the credit card on file shall be billed for one (1) month of service.
